We are looking for our Talent Acquisition Specialist, People Operations, with a primary focus on recruitment but also lead our Employer Branding to support company culture.

About the job

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, representing our People operations team (everywhere else known as HR), you are in charge of finding the most interesting candidates who bring passion and diversity of thought to all they do. You're responsible for guiding candidates through our candidate-focused hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at Animech. Being creative and driven allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

When managing our recruitment, you will generate pipelines, maintain a successful offer acceptance rate, and will manage the entire candidate process. By leveraging your knowledge of our business' hiring needs and search requirements, you will effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful.

What you’ll do

  • Source and recruit talent in a competitive market and meet strategic hiring goals.

  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer. Evaluate skill level, drive the interview and offer process, and oversee reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.

  • Daily support and overall responsibility regarding all HR related matters

  • Coach managers and act as a trusted advisor in areas such as labor law, performance management, talent management, learning & development, comp & ben, work environment, etc.

  • Participate in weekly Hiring Committee team meetings to get in-depth knowledge about what’s going on in the organization and match needs to HR initiatives

  • Analyze data and trends to understand how we can motivate our coworkers and retain our top performers

  • Source and recruit talent in a competitive market and meet strategic hiring goals.

  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer. Evaluate skill level, drive the interview and offer process, and oversee reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.

  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.

  • Serve as a mentor and act as a subject matter expert regarding all recruiting-related activities for members of the broader team.

Skills and background

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or other HR-related roles with a minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing.

  • Business-oriented people-person with the ability to build trusted relationships with leaders

  • Service-minded doer with strong project leader, sales, and administrative skills

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and be a creative problem solver

  • Outstanding communication skills in both Swedish and English

  • Education in Business Administration, HR, behavioral sciences, or equivalent

  • Experience of personal accountability.

  • Ability to effectively manage relationships, demonstrating effective consultative skills while working in a large team environment.

  • Ability to take initiative and build robust, productive relationships.

  • Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with careful attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Additional language skills other than Swedish and English

  • Previous experience working with building People Operations team in a global company in expansion

  • Prior experience of our ATS system Teamtailor
