Hi! We're Animech!
Ellinor
I work as a developer, where our team receives various customer projects we build and maintain. The most fun part of my job is that it is creative with a lot of problem-solving. I also like the variation of getting to work with different techniques in the landscape between 3D visualizations and web applications.
A regular day at Animech starts with a meeting with the team at 9 am and usually a “huddle” or two before lunch to discuss a solution. Sometimes we go to Friskis & Svettis to work out together. After that, more programming and problem-solving with small ping pong- and carrot breaks (yes, there is a fruit bowl with carrots!).
The best thing about working at Animech is the atmosphere. It’s a great fusion of kind people with a lot of humor. There is also excellent knowledge within the walls of Animech, so you automatically learn so much by just being within these walls, not only ping pong, other skills too!
There are many pleasant memories from my time working at Animech. I love the “round ping pong” after work, which usually ends with holes in our socks. And the board- and video game nights, music jam sessions, beer tasting, barbecuing in the woods, office nerf wars, etc.

I am a Sales Executive at Animech. My primary responsibilities are sales and business development. The best part of working with Animech is the challenge of selling complex solutions and working in a great work culture with great people.
What I enjoy the most about my job is the challenge of helping clients with their digital transformation. I must also confess that I have a big smile when I wake up because I work with highly competent and very social people at Animech. The business culture at Animech is something special. It's just so much fun to work here!
A typical day at Animech starts with the morning "stand up" with the sales team over coffee. We talk about what we are working on and if we need any help with our tasks. After that, it's straight to the prospects. When I am not looking for new clients, I have weekly meetings with the clients I am responsible for; these meetings are crucial to keep building relationships with our clients.
My most memorable moment at Animech was the first sale I did. The sale process is very long because of the complex solutions we built, so when the first sale got signed, I felt euphoric. I also felt an immense feeling of contribution, that I am finally a part of Animech and part of the journey.

I’ve been working at Animech as a Software Engineer for about three years. Right after my graduation, I found a job ad from Animech, and I thought it sounded like a company pursuing projects within my interests (3D and web). So, with my master's degree in Media Technology and Engineering, I decided to apply and got the job!
A typical day at Animech as a Software Engineer is mainly spent by the computer, writing codes, and having meetings. During lunch, we always gather together and eat lunch at a nice restaurant. In the afternoon, we usually mix tapping the keyboard with playing a ping-pong match. It's a perfect break!
The best part about my role as a Software Engineer is when I finish a project and see that the customer has gone live with the product. It is fantastic to see something you’ve been contributing to be used by people worldwide. That’s when you feel that you have produced something real!
Working at Animech is admirable in many ways, but the best part about working here is the colleagues and the company culture. The team is filled with friendly, like-minded, and talented people, which makes every workday better. We often have after work at the office or at another pub in the city where we always create good memories together.
Apart from that, I think it is great that you can work with a wide range of customers within different industries. It can be anything from bag manufacturers or pool sellers to companies that sell medical equipment. Even though many of our projects are built from the same infrastructure, the project differs significantly in finding new solutions to implement the customer's wishes.
